During our strategy phase, we discovered Mahy’s deep-rooted conviction to champion local businesses. This conviction, along with Jordan’s playful spirit, sent our minds back to the glory days of baseball - a vibrant era when communities came together to cheer on a celebrate local wins. This new company operates as a die-hard fan of local businesses, equipping them with content marketing that's as functional as it is artistic. To reflect these values, Mahy needed a brand that was community-focused, optimistic, and energetic. In an industry dominated by artistry-forward, serious branding (yawn) we capitalized on the opportunity to stand out and be memorable and unique.
Good Sport is a film and photo studio that roots for the home teams. The theme of classic baseball permeates every aspect of the brand, from its friendly mascots and classic monogram logo to its website featuring case studies designed as custom baseball cards. Even the promotional leave-behind—peanuts grown and roasted in Mahy's hometown—reinforces the message: Good Sport cheers on local businesses.
